DOMESTIC PROCESS
Our goal is to assist you in identifying sources of funding that will make an Olin MBA affordable for you. To apply for financial aid, start today by completing the following steps:

Federal Student Loans

1. Submit the 2013-14 online Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Submit as early as January 1 to be considered for aid for the upcoming academic year. This is the first step in applying for federal aid.

  • Fill out only the student portion of the FAFSA, not the parent portion.
  • You’ll need to complete a FAFSA for each academic year in which you require financial aid. Washington University’s School Code is: 002520.

2. Submit your Financial Assistance Application to:

Kyle Cronan, Associate Director of Graduate Business Financial Aid
Washington University St. Louis
Campus Box 1133
Simon Hall Room 114
1 Brookings Drive
St. Louis, MO 63130
Fax: 314-935-6309

A sample list of lenders can be found at the following link: http://www.studentlendinganalytics.com/alternative_loan_options.html.

The loan period listed on your application should be one of the following:

Summer only- May through August  |  Fall/Spring – August through April | Fall only- August through December | Spring only- January through April

Employer Tuition Reimbursement:
Many employers provide full-or-partial tuition assistance to employees who are pursuing degrees part-time. You should contact the Human Resource Department in your organization for specifics about what benefits they offer. Be aware, however, that there may be some tax consequences associated with employer-paid tuition benefits.
