Ulya Tsolmon


Ulya Tsolmon joined the Olin faculty in 2015. Her research focuses on how firms can gain competitive advantage from human capital given external and internal market frictions. In other work, she examines how firms differ in innovative investment and output with constraints in the external environment and internal firm structure.
