New York Internship Program
During your junior or senior year in the BSBA program, in the fall or spring term, you can participate in the New York internship program. Modeled on Olin Business School’s popular International Internship Program, requirements include:
- 12 total credit hours, with 4.5 credits of required academic course work
- Challenging full-time, semester-long internship
- Completion of a significant industry analysis paper, for credit
- Option for another three credits in Arts & Sciences course work available through Semester Online

Washington University’s Semester in DC program introduces you to the inner workings of the U.S. capital, major players on Capitol Hill, foreign embassies, and institutions that shape policy. In addition to course work, the program includes an internship, a speaker series, and group activities.
The university offers the program in fall, spring, and summer terms.
