Leadership for High Performance - Modular

Leadership demands more than strategic vision; it also requires the “soft” skills to guide your stakeholders and develop your management teams effectively. The Leadership for High Performance program helps you build these skills, with topics focused on relationship management, interpersonal leadership and influence, collaboration, and change management.
The certificate consists of three 2-day modules, which can be taken in any order, to be completed within two years. The tuition for all three modules is $6,000. Upon enrollment, you will receive an iPad mini to help you study and manage your seminar materials.
OPTIONAL: You may participate in a 1-day Executive Education Open Enrollment Seminar of your choice, or complete an assessment with consultation.
The application will be available soon. Email ExecEd@wustl.edu to receive notification. You must submit your application one month before the start date of the module you want to attend. Modules are held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Charles F. Knight Executive Education & Conference Center on Washington University’s campus.
Modules are taught by Bill Bottom, Joyce and Howard Wood Distinguished Professor of Organizational Behavior; Stuart Bunderson, George and Carol Bauer Professor of Organizational Ethics and Governance; Kurt Dirks, senior associate dean of programs and Bank of America Professor of Managerial Leadership; Lee Konczak, senior lecturer in organizational behavior and leadership development; and Paul Paese, adjunct professor of organizational behavior.
