Improve operational effectiveness across the entire supply chain, from sourcing to point of sale. Learn how to manage and monitor raw materials, work-in-progress inventory, finished goods, and channel partners. The goal is to balance supply and demand, streamline logistics, and create net value.

Because this is a cohort program, you and your classmates must take the sessions in the order indicated. Applications are being accepted for upcoming sessions held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Charles F. Knight Executive Education & Conference Center on Washington University’s campus.
The tuition is $6,000.
Sessions are taught by Panos Kouvelis, director of the Boeing Center for Technology, Information, and Manufacturing; and Emerson Distinguished Professor of Operations and Manufacturing Management, and by Sam Chun, assistant dean of Executive Programs and senior lecturer in management practice.
The program is co-sponsored by the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). Council members who attend the program receive a five percent discount.
