Average Class Composition
Of course, the composition of every Executive MBA class is different. But previous class demographics paint a collective picture of your classmates.
Peers from diverse professional backgrounds
Olin EMBA students’ average age is 40, and their average years of preprogram professional experience is 15. About one fourth of them were born in countries other than the United States. They come from a wide variety of industries, functional areas, and positions. Typically, more than 40 organizations are represented in each class.
The program also attracts officers or former officers from all branches of the U.S. military, high-achieving men and women who add compelling perspectives to discussions on leadership.
In addition, each class is composed of professionals with various levels of program sponsorship. Some students come from organizations that pay 100 percent of their EMBA tuition. Other students receive partial funding from their organization or pay all the program costs themselves.
What do these demographics mean for you?
Your program peers are supportive, collaborative, connected individuals with more than 500 years of collective business knowledge.
