PARTNERSHIPS

Forming strategic partnerships with select organizations enhances the value of Olin Business School’s offerings. We work closely with our partners to design and develop executive programs that meet the unique needs of our participants.

Metals Service Center Institute (MSCI)
The Strategic Metals Management Program was jointly designed and developed by Olin Executive Programs and the Metals Service Center Institute (MSCI), a trade association that supports and represents the metals industry. It is a five-week executive development program conducted over an 18-month period designed specifically for senior managers at MSCI member firms.

The goal of the program is to round out the business education of metals industry executives and give them the tools and insights they need to better execute their senior management responsibilities in the metals industry. Each module addresses complex business problems through an interactive and cross-functional approach.

Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC)
The Brazilian CEOs: Strategy for Growth Program is a joint venture initiative between Olin Executive Programs and Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC), a leading business school in Brazil. It is designed for senior executives from Brazilian companies facing the opportunities and challenges of growth.

The one-week program, held at Olin's Charles F. Knight Executive Education and Conference Center, uses Emerson as a benchmarking of sustainable growth. Faculty from Olin and FDC and executives from Emerson — including Charles F. Knight himself — help participants broaden their understanding of growth strategies, provide conceptual and practical frameworks on how to create value and sustain long-term performance, and prepare participants to lead fast-growing companies.

Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) St. Louis
Olin partners with the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) St. Louis chapter to deliver Competing Values and Growth. This partnership program provides ACG members with tools and frameworks to help them achieve accelerated growth and sustainable profitability. The program also helps senior leaders manage the complexities and cultural tensions that arise naturally in rapidly growing organizations.
