Through the International Residency, Executive MBA students have the opportunity to observe first hand foreign organizations and facilities and to engage in face-to-face discussions with business leaders, government officials and consultants. Most importantly, through the joint studies with students in their sister programs, Executive MBA program participants have the opportunity not just to learn from their peers but also to form personal and professional relationships.
For students in the Shanghai program, the International Residency is a two-week residency in St. Louis, Missouri comprised of joint study and activities with students from the St. Louis-based Executive MBA program. The Shanghai students continue their work on innovation, have opportunities to meet business leaders and visit local companies. We cap off the U.S. residency with a highly interactive and comprehensive business simulation and concludes with a graduation ceremony at which both the Shanghai and St. Louis students celebrate the completion of their studies.
