Your professional development journey begins in orientation and continues throughout the program and beyond:

- Time for reflection and mid-course corrections.

Throughout the program, students build communication and negotiation competencies; explore timely issues related to ethical conduct and responsible management; and examine the personal values and individual strengths that shape leadership style and effectiveness.
