In 2007, John added the title of Chief Administrative Officer to his title of Vice Chairman, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. His responsibilities include Information Systems, Benefits and Sustainability, Logistics, Real Estate, Financial Services, Compliance, Global Procurement and Corporate Strategic Planning. From June 1999 - September 2005, John was President and Chief Executive Officer of Wal-Mart International. In this role, he was responsible for operations in 15 countries. John joined Wal-Mart in September 1995 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
John's accomplishments at Wal-Mart are numerous. In 2004, John received the "Retailer of the Year" award by DSN Retailing Today on behalf of Wal-Mart International. In 1999, he led the company team in the acquisition of Asda, a $16 billion food store chain in the UK, which Mergers and Acquisitions: The Dealmaker's Journal named the "Corporate Cross-Border Deal of the Year". He received the 1999 CFO Excellence Award from CFO Magazine; and in 1997 he was featured in their cover story "Birth of a Salesman".
Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. operates approximately 6,800 stores worldwide; over 3,400 discount stores, Supercenters and Neighborhood Markets, and over 570 Sam's Clubs in the United States. Wal-Mart operates over 2,700 units in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, China, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Japan, Mexico, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom, and employs more than 1.8 million associates worldwide.

James D. Weddle was earning his MBA at Olin when he was hired in 1976 as a part-time intern in Edward Joness Research department. After completing his MBA, he became a Financial Advisor in Connersville, Indiana where he opened the Firms 200th branch. In 1984, Weddle was named a Principal in the Firm and moved back to St. Louis, where he assumed a series of responsibilities, including roles in Financial Advisor Training, Marketing, Sales Management, and Branch Administration.
Weddle has been a member of the Edward Jones Management Committee since 1987. This group is charged with the responsibility for strategy formulation and execution. In January 2006 Weddlesucceeded Douglas E. Hill as Edward Joness fifth Managing Partner.
Weddle is a past board president of FOCUS-St. Louis; a past board member of the YMCA of Greater St. Louis; a past board member of the Daniel Webster Society; a board member of Webster University; a board member of the United Way of Greater St. Louis; a board member of the Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association (SIFMA); a member of the Washington University's Olin Business School National Council; and a member of the University of Missouri-St. Louis Chancellor's Council.

Andy Taylor, who became involved in the automotive business more than 40 years ago, took on the role of Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 1991, and was named Chairman in 2001. Under Taylors leadership, the company, which was founded by his father Jack Taylor in 1957, has grown to become the largest rental car company in North America. The Taylor family acquired the National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car businesses in 2007.
Outside of his professional duties with Enterprise, Taylor plays an active role in the community. He was the past Campaign Chairman and Board Chair of the United Way of Greater St. Louis; past President of Civic Progress, an organization of leading chief executives in St. Louis who work for improvements on a wide range of civic issues; Trustee of the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra; Trustee of Washington University; Trustee for the Naval Aviation History Foundation; Life Trustee of the Missouri Botanical Garden, which is the oldest botanical garden in the U.S. and ranks among the top three worldwide; Director of Anheuser Busch companies; Director of World Travel and Tourism Council; and Director of Commerce Bancshares. Taylor is also on the Board of Trustees of the National Urban League. In addition, he is a past Trustee of John Burroughs School, the St. Louis Science Center and KETC-TV, a public broadcasting station in St. Louis.

George Paz

Express Scripts
George Paz, chairman and CEO, provides leadership for the evolution of Express Scripts' strategic direction and assuming day-to-day responsibility for delivering on the company's promise to make the use of prescription drugs safer and more affordable.
Mr. Paz joined Express Scripts in 1998 as senior vice president and chief financial officer. In that capacity, he was responsible for financial oversight and planning, as well as projecting financial results for Express Scripts and its subsidiaries. He oversaw four significant acquisitions that contributed to the company's exceptional growth. During his tenure, the company's annual revenues have grown from $1.2 billion to approximately $15 billion.
Prior to joining Express Scripts, he was a partner at Coopers and Lybrand from 1988 to 1993 and from 1996 to 1998. From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Paz served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Life Partners Group, where he was responsible for financial reporting, product design and implementation, actuarial valuations, shareholder relations, tax reporting and IRS audit resolution, and state insurance and agency relationships.
Mr. Paz holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and accounting from the University of Missouri. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
