With offices located in the Computer Lab Area (Simon Hall Room 6) and the I/S Operations Center (Simon Hall Room 2), the Information Services Staff is available to help students, staff and faculty with computer related projects, or to troublshoot problems. Send email to Computing Support (helpdesk@olin.wustl.edu) with computer-related questions or problems. In using this email address, requests are filtered to a central location for task delegation and distribution. Telephone calls are always welcomed for follow-up of email requests for support. FACULTY and STAFF should call the help desk 935-8609 while STUDENTS should contact the lab help center at 935-5774. |
