Executive Programs

For the second consecutive year, we are delighted that the Economist Intelligence Unit (*PDF) has ranked Olin’s Open-Enrollment executive programs number two in the world, with a rating of "Excellent" -- one of only eight business school programs globally to receive such a rating for Open Programs. In addition, Olin received a commendation from the Economist survey for the quality of its Custom executive programs.

UNICON Member The Executive Programs group is an integral component of Washington University's Olin Business School. The group resides in the state-of-the-art Charles F. Knight Executive Education Center on the Danforth Campus of Washington University in St. Louis, MO.

We work with managers and organizations across the globe to offer cutting-edge business education and leadership development programs. Our offerings include:

• Custom Programs: These educational events are designed to help the senior managers and high-potential employees of leading organizations master their unique business challenges. We coordinate our faculty with key senior leaders within the organization to develop programs that impact internal culture and forge the path for productive change.


• Olin Partners' Program: Our Partners' Program comprises a series of high quality one-day, competitively-priced seminars designed to improve the skills, business acumen and career prospects of key managers. These seminars are run in an "open enrollment" format.


• Platform Seminar Series: These multi-day programs address cutting-edge business issues and opportunities. They are offered in both open-enrollment and custom-program formats, and are designed to cover key management development issues in a cross-functional and integrative way to help organizations drive results.


• Directors' Programs: Our directors' programs are high impact seminars for board directors and top level executives. These seminars meet or exceed ISS accreditation standards and satisfy the latest corporate governance mandates. Sarbanes-Oxley legislation and SEC regulations require NYSE and NASDAQ-listed companies to provide continuing education for their board members.


• Thought Leadership at Olin: Innovative Ideas Applied to Business: An annual half-day conference presented by the Olin faculty, highlighting their latest business thinking and research ideas applied to business. Participants come away with knowledge they can apply directly to their organizations.
