We design and implement our Custom Programs with the goals of helping to develop corporate leaders and to offer structured developmental solutions that will drive organizational change. Specifically our custom programs aim to:

We work with your organization to create an environment in which key members of your leadership team reflect on business decisions, experiences and ideas with each other in a group learning environment.

We introduce company specific learnings in the contexts of tools, frameworks and techniques designed to have direct relevance to important organizational issues at hand.

These programs are the result of extensive collaboration between Executive Programs and the client. Our faculty will coordinate with internal speakers and presenters to help create a learning experience that seamlessly ties classroom learning with the management practice.

These programs can be executed either at our Knight Center facility, or at the client's site.
