Admissions

Our Approach to Admissions

The quality of an EMBA program depends critically on the quality of the students in the program because so much of your learning will come from working with your classmates. For this reason, we take the application process very seriously. We invest a significant amount of effort to ensure that everyone in the class has something to contribute and is ready to make the most of what they experience with us. In many ways, our application process is like a job interview. We ask you to fill out an Application Form that has much of the same information that your resume would have. We then review the applications we receive and interview those candidates who we think would be a good addition to our organization. We generally do not require a GMAT exam because we don't think that this test is particularly informative about your capabilities as a manager or your potential as an executive. Your 5+ year track record as manager, the jobs you have had, and how you are as a person tells us a great deal about whether we think you are a good match for our program.
