The Executive MBA program is right for you if you're looking to transform yourself with an integrated curriculum that prepares you for new levels of leadership and career advancement beyond a functional managerial role. While the curriculum includes instruction in all disciplines typical of MBA programs, emphasis is on how to apply those skills and on developing an aptitude for effective leadership. You'll develop a strategic understanding of business fundamentals and tackle the complex, unstructured problems that drive industries and economies in innovation, growth, emerging and uncertain markets.
In St. Louis, the intensive 20-month program (57.75 credit hours) is taught in full-day classes over monthly or weekend sessions. The monthly format takes place once a month, Thursday through Saturday. The weekly format takes place every other week from Friday to Saturday.
