CURRICULUM

Our Approach
We run an international joint venture ourselves so we understand international business. We’ve crafted a transformative curriculum that is more than just a series of classes it is tailored to international executives. Our curriculum places equal emphasis on both the hard skills necessary to develop innovative solutions to business problems and the soft skills necessary to lead the organization and drive the change necessary to implement them. Tackling today’s global business issues also requires synthesizing diverse perspectives because the big opportunities transcend both functional and geographic boundaries.

Key Attributes of Our Curriculum

Comprehensive
Our Core provides you with the breadth you need to see your business from every angle. Our Global and Growth Themes require you to pull all the pieces together to address the key challenges of business today—competing in a global environment and driving profitable growth.

Strategic
You begin the program with business unit strategy and end it with a capstone global strategy simulation. Throughout, the faculty will drive home the need for integration across functional areas and business units.

Collaborative
Businesses succeed when individuals come together to create value. You will work closely in multifunctional teams and learn to listen to others, synthesize solutions from diverse perspectives and help others develop.

International
Sharing experiences with our diverse student body and faculty builds your global awareness. Joint class work in Shanghai and St. Louis with our U.S.-based sister program helps you become a “citizen of the world.”

Throughout the program, we maintain a performance- and results-oriented culture that motivates you to do your best work and requires you to manage your time effectively. The overall experience provides you with excellent preparation for the demands of global executive positions.
