Seth G. Abraham has been involved in sports management and administration for 38 years. His professional career experiences include work at Hill & Knowlton Public Relations, The Gillette Company, Office of the Baseball Commissioner, Home Box Office (Time Warner) and Madison Square Garden. He left the Garden in 2004 to open his own Sports Management and Consulting Company, STARSHIP SA LLC, in New York City. He advises clients on new sports-business opportunities, marketing, sponsorships, television negotiations and arena mangement.
Mr. Abraham, 60, has a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Toledo, Toledo, Ohio. He received a M.A. in Journalism from Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts. His teaching/lecturing experience includes classes at New York University, Harvard and Boston University.
Mr. Abraham sits on numerous philanthropic Boards, including the Arthur Ashe Institute For Urban Health, The Muhammad Ali Learning Center, The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis and the Jackie Robinson Foundation.
