Causes and effects of mergers and acquisitions, intangible assets, managerial discretion and accounting choices, disclosure and financial statement analysis.

Ron is fluent in French and Spanish, with a good command of Italian.

Ron Shalev

  Ron Shalev joined the Olin Business School faculty in 2007. He received his doctoral degree from Columbia Business School at Columbia University in New York. Shalev formerly was chief financial officer of Goldnet Communications and chief executive officer of CreditGuard in Tel Aviv, Israel.
