Lee is married and has one son who lives and works in Chicago. Lee enjoys good food and wine, travel and college football.

Lee J. Konczak

  Before joining Olin, Lee worked at Anheuser-Busch Companies as an internal HR/OD consultant and manager. In his last position at A-B, Lee was Director of Executive Development and Employee Selection Systems. Prior to Anheuser-Busch, Lee worked as an independent consultant. He also held senior management positions with the Missouri Department of Mental Health. Lee has taught organizational behavior and human resource management previously at Washington University, Webster University and the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
