Personal interests:

Professor Tucker has two daughters, one recent graduate of Bryn Mawr and one attending Brown University. She and her husband Eric enjoy all kinds of movies, especially independent films, as well as jazz and cabaret music, and just hanging out with friends and family. Occasionally Eric persuades her to go with him to a football or baseball game.

Sharon A. Tucker

  Professor Tucker began her career as a college professor in the Washington University Business School, teaching leadership and organizational behavior. She left academics for consulting where she held leadership roles with large human resources consulting firms, including Towers Perrin and William M. Mercer. She is founder and president of Tucker Consultants, a human resources consulting firm specializing in executive pay and development, employee pay and performance, and organizational effectiveness. Her clients range from Fortune 50 companies with sophisticated human resources programs to mid-size companies that are developing their first human resources programs.
