Each year, BCTIM hosts conferences and seminars that address important topics and emerging trends in supply chain management research and practice.
The Meir J. Rosenblatt Seminar Series brings together prominent thinkers and practitioners in the fields of technology, information and manufacturing. The annual Conference on Integrated Risk Management in Operations & Global Supply Chains focuses on the interfaces and gaps between academic and industry on the important issue of risk management within supply chain management. And BCTIM’s one-day industry conferences allow attendees to explore topics and research relevant to members and their organizations.
The Center organizes a seminar series each year in which prominent professionals in the operations and supply chain fields are invited to present.
Discuss operational challenges, compare processes and share strategies during faculty-led roundtables with executives from other industries. The exchanges are an excellent way to observe new business models, benchmark your activities against best practices and network with leaders from successful organizations. Roundtable topics drive future BCTIM research and initiatives.

Our health care roundtables focus on industry-specific issues, such as cost pressures, regulatory changes, medical informatics, drug competition, and other factors that affect quality of care, delivery and operational efficiency. We discuss lean and technology-based process transformation best practices on health care procurement, operations and supply chain methods.
BCTIM provides members the unique opportunity to meet and engage with dozens of Olin’s most promising supply chain students through networking events, student internship recommendations and customized recruiting plans.
