PMBA Financial Aid Eligibility

Although you are working professionals, we recognize that your personal finances may not be sufficient for the expenses of pursuing graduate education at the Olin Business School. Our goal is to assist you in identifying sources of funding that will make an Olin MBA affordable for you. You may also choose to enroll in a monthly payment plan.

Your options include the following:

Federal Stafford Loan
The primary loan used for Professional and Executive MBA students is the federal Stafford loan program. This program allows a student to borrow up to a maximum of $20,500 a year. Proceeds of this loan program may be used to cover tuition, books, and purchase of a computer, if needed.

Alternative Loan Programs
Alternative loans are private loans designed by banks specifically for MBA students. These banks offer loans to students who require financial assistance in excess of the annual borrowing limits for federal Stafford loan program and to international students with a credit worthy U.S. citizen or permanent resident as a cosigner (who are not eligible for Stafford loans).

For more complete information about these programs along with information about PLUS loans, please review the section on Loan Types.
