CPA Exam

Together with an undergraduate accounting degree or an appropriate number of accounting credits, the Olin Business School MACC degree provides students with sufficient business and accounting credits, to sit for Uniform CPA Examination in those states that have enacted the "150 hour rule."

If you plan to take the exam in Missouri, please refer to the Missouri State Board of Accountancy for specific rules. The rules of all states are outlined in the table available at the NASBA.org site.

Information about the requirements for other states can be found on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) web site: http://www.aicpa.org/states/stmap.htm

The MACC program does not provide technical preparation for the Uniform CPA examination. We encourage our students to complement their education in the MACC program with a specific preparation course for the CPA exam.
