The Olin Chapter of the National Association of Women MBAs (NAWMBA) was founded to provide a wealth of resources, networking opportunities, and career support to help female graduate business students succeed both professionally and personally.  As an organization, we work in partnership with our Washington University faculty, alumni, fellow students, and corporate recruiters to leverage our uniqueness as women in the workplace, maximize our educational experiences, and build lasting professional relationships.

We offer our membership the following:

-          An array of Olin-sponsored special recruiting/networking events, seminars, and roundtable discussions

-          Specialized information and training sessions

-          Member-to-member and member/alumni mentoring programs

-          Subsidies for membership in professional associations and/or attendance at career-related events, conferences and expos

-     Ongoing professional development support and tools
