Curriculum
TheOlin MBA Curriculum is flexible, based on a small set of required classes and a large number of electives. It is shaped by your needs and aspirations. The PMBA program is a three-year, 54-credit program arranged in six, seven-week terms per year. Of these 54 credits, at least 48 must be completed with Olin faculty at the graduate level. You are not required to declare a major area of study or concentration. Instead, you have the flexibility to build an individualized program to meet your unique educational needs. Policies
Hard copies of all MBA policies are available in the MBA programs offices,Simon Hall room 114. Several of them are also available here for quick reference. Please read each of the policies carefully.Summer London
Regardless of your career aspirations, you will be influenced and challenged by world markets, international trends, and cultural differences. Olin offers several opportunities for the study of international business through coursework and short-term study abroad. The two-week London Summer Program is designed to provide a sophisticated understanding of world financial markets and of the economic relationships among countries and economic blocks. The program is organized by Jim Little, Professor of Finance and Economics, and managed by Nicholas Hugh, Director of Olin's European Programs.Registration
Class selection is an important process for all PMBA students. During your first three semesters, the MBA registrar will enroll you in all of your core classes. After this point, you will be responsible for registering yourself for your elective courses. Please read the instructions carefully before you register for classes. Registration is a user-friendly process via the Washington University WebSTAC system. WebSTAC also allows you to check your waitlist status, view grades, view billing and account information, and update your contact information. Please remember to update your address as needed. This is where your bills and other information will be sent. Jacqueline Carter, the MBA Registrar, is in the office on Tuesday and Thursday evenings until 6:30 p.m. to answer PMBA students' questions.Forms
Several of the forms that are available in the MBA Student Services office are also available on-line. Once you have opened the document, you can print it, complete the information, and return it to Student Services, Simon Hall Room 114 or fax it to 314-935-4464.
