Off-Campus Recruiting

In addition to our traditional on-campus recruiting, there are several other ways to access and hire Olin talent. To develop or discuss these options, contact Employer Relations.

Recruit Current Students

Résumé Drops
If you can't come to campus this year, résumé drops are the most effective means of recruiting Olin students. Many companies begin recruiting at Olin through résumé drops, and the resulting relationships frequently lead to on-campus interviewing. Once you submit a job description, it will be posted in our eRecruiting system for students to apply. After the deadline, we'll collect applicants' cover letters and résumés and email them to you. After reviewing résumés, you may follow up with students as you like.

To submit a résumé drop, send an email to Recruiting Coordinator at Olin or call our office at 314-935-5950.

Job Postings

We can also display your opening as a job posting in our eRecruiting System. Interested students will respond to you per your instructions. Job postings are sometimes more appropriate for just-in-time opportunities or part-time positions.
