Companies Hiring Foreign Nationals for U.S. Positions

The following links include lists of companies that have made offers to international students and graduates or that have hired international students and graduates. We encourage you not to limit yourself to considering only the companies on these lists. The fact that a company has made an offer to an Olin student or graduate, or has hired one, should be just one of many factors you consider as you narrow your search for prospective employers. Use the information contained in these links as general information only-along with all the other information about prospective employers that you are uncovering in your company research.

There are many reasons why you should not limit yourself to the companies you find on these links. One is that this information is constantly changing. The companies that are hiring international students change from year to year. Also, different hiring managers within a given company may make hiring decisions at different times regarding different candidates; hiring policies may vary from department to department. Above all, the companies on these lists may not represent the best match for your talents or the best career opportunities for you.

Instead, the Weston Career Center encourages you to actively engage in the process of determining what factors relating to employment are most important to you-and to gather critical information about a wider range of employers than the ones you may find on the following lists. Take advantage of the many resources available at the Weston Career Center that can help you to assess your interests and strengths and to link your career assets to specific industries. Conduct networking and informational interviews, and use the other tools that are available to help you identify and research specific companies.
