Some employers are unable to visit Olin for on-campus interviews. They may submit opportunities and request that the Weston Career Center collect candidate cover letters and résumés and submit the materials in a package. Résumé Referral positions are posted on eRecruiting for students to view and apply. After receipt and review, recruiters may contact students directly or they may decide to come to campus to interview students. Only registered students may apply to Résumé Referrals.

In addition, recruiters who prefer not to post an open position may ask us to recommend candidates. This process is known as a "closed" Résumé Referral. Upon request, our Employer Relations team and Advisors will provide résumés of candidates whose goals, skills and experience match organizational needs. If the organization requests it, we then notify students that their résumé has been submitted for consideration.
